MY SPORTDOG® LOCATOR BEACON WILL NOT POWER ON
Turn the lens of the beacon to the OPEN position and remove the batteries.
Pull up gently on the metal tab inside the base of the light. It should have a little spring to it, not smashed flat.
Replace the batteries with 2 new CR-2032 Lithium coin cell batteries. Ensure the positive side (+) of both batteries are facing down into the base of the beacon.
Place the lens back onto the base and turn the lens 45 degrees in the direction of the CLOSED arrow. The lens will sit flush with the base.
Press and hold the power button on the beacon for 2 seconds and release.
