My Dog Doesn’t Respond to the SportDOG® 425X, 425XS or 425XCamo
Make sure both units are fully charged.
- If fully charged and powered on, the collar receiver should blink green every 5 seconds, and the remote transmitter’s Indicator Light will illuminate green when a button is pressed.

Ensure both Contact Points are installed properly.
- Both Contact Points must be installed and hand-tightened. Replacement Contact Points can be purchased below.
Confirm the remote and collar are paired.

Confirm fit.

Try longer Contact Points.
- If you have checked fit but your dog has longer/thicker hair, try installing the longer Contact Points.
