HOW TO PAIR ONE DOG TO MY SPORTDOG® SPORTTRAINER® 1275
Start with your collar off. Confirm that there are no lights after 10 seconds.
Confirm that Dog 1 is selected on the handheld remote in the bottom left corner of the screen. If it is not Dog 1, press the + or – button until the dog head with 1 appears.
Press and hold the power button on the collar until the green light goes out. Then release.
Press and hold one of the side buttons on the remote until the collar light flashes 5 times and release.
Your units are now paired. Test the pairing by pressing one of the correction buttons. If you are testing with a static correction button, the collar will light red when the button is pressed, otherwise you will hear a tone or feel the collar vibrate depending on the button pressed.
Keep your fingers away from the contact points during testing.
If the collar does not respond to the handheld remote, repeat steps 1-4.
